SHIPPING

All U.S orders will take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship out. As for international orders, the shipping time will depend on your country. 

RETURN POLICY

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original condition in which you received it. This means the product should be unused, with the tags still on it, and in the packaging it came in. 

Email us as worldwinsclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. Once we've reviewed your return reason and approved it we will show you step by step on how to start a return process.

We have a 1 week return policy meaning that if you do not email us for a return within a week of receiving your package, we will be unable to process any return requests.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We are not responsible for any shipping incidents that occur with the shipping carriers. If you happened to have put the wrong address and you fail to change it before we ship it out, we will not be able to intervene and help it get to the right address.
